In my time as Digital Design Manager at Vitality I learnt the importance of UX and design in communicating a complicated program to a wide variety of users through technology. In my time at LeadCrunch as Head of Design and CX, I was introduced to lean start-up product design and prioritization and learnt the valuable skill of learning through fast iteration.
I lead cross-functional teams in determining what to launch and how to integrate the product with the specific technology. As much as I was involved in strategizing the product at an executive level, I also had my head in the weeds of product design and story creation.

Gather solutions and ideas and distill into product briefs actionable by the
design team.
Initiated the creation of the LeadCrunch Design System to increase speed of delivery of design.
Applied Design Thinking principles to integrate strategic goals with user centricity.
Transformed LeadCrunch into a client centric focused company through
cross functional design sprint workshops and client co-creation. 
Created extensible products through information architecture, design standards and style-guides.
Increased the VitalityToday app star rating from 2 to 4+ through improved UX and UI design.
Successfully increased the engagement of the VitalityToday app and achieved
key KPIs.
