Increasing engagement in the Vitality Program through an interactive health questionnaire for the Chinese market was my introduction to designing for Eastern cultures. 
I really enjoyed this app design since the culture of device usage was so different to what I knew at
the time. I had the opportunity to empathize and design a way to overcome the pain points of onboarding into a new wellness program through engagement and incentives. 
THE PROBLEM
Increase engagement in the Vitality Program health questionnaire during onboarding. This had a dual purpose for registered Vitality members as well as for non-registered people to get them interested in the program. How do we make a traditional form-fill fun and engaging to help members, increase program engagement and fuel the sales funnel?
