My design philosophy is that people do not experience your brand as your organizational silos. There is one experience and that experience consists of many touch-points. 
For that reason, I strive to place myself and any team I lead to take ownership of the brand presence across a variety of touch-points to ensure experience cohesion for the client. Applying my skills to these creatives has afforded me the ability to hone my skills of experience design and be able to teach it to other designers.
