I had the amazing opportunity to create an omni-channel experience which incentivized health behavior change
for more than 130,000 lives at the time
(now more than 6 million).
During this process I had the honor of working with world-class partners like Apple and Aetna while creating and designing alongside extraordinarily talented people. Besides learning the
ins-and-outs of a great omni-channel experience and how to design for it, I refined my ability
to communicate the value of design and the importance of user experience when it comes
to achieving strategic goals while empathizing with users.

Key Achievements

Launched a complicated product with large amounts of stakeholders on time on the website, mobile app and Apple Watch.
This project successfully launched Vitality into the world of sustainable health impact using devices in 6 markets with considerable success. Markets that were launched included the US, South Africa, Canada, the UK and China.
In the US and Canada through partnerships with John Hancock and Manulife, the product has been launched with 15 Corporate clients with over 11,000 Apple Watch members and more than 15,000 Active Rewards users within the first two years (as at 2018).
Since the launch of the benefit, the general physically active population of the client base increased by 110.3%. 
Participants using Apple Watch Program saw an average 34% sustained increase in activity – 4.8 extra days of activity per month – across UK, US and South African participants.
